“PROMOTORA REINA 1957, S.A.”, a Spanish company with registered offices at Calle Protectora, 10, local 1, Edificio Sa Clastra, 07012 de Palma de Mallorca, with Tax Identification Number nº A-07011406, e-mail reina@reina.org, that is registered in the Companies Register of the Balearic Islands, Volume 630, Page 103, sheet number PM-6602, declares its fulfilment of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (hereinafter, LOPD) and compliance with the legal provisions contained in Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11th of June, concerning security measures of automated files that contain personal data, having adopted for this purpose all of the technical and organisational means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, non-authorised access and undue appropriation of the data provided by you, notwithstanding the fact that security measures in the Internet are not inviolable. Given the aforesaid, you are informed of its data protection policy so that you may voluntarily decide if you wish to reveal your personal data to these Companies.

“PROMOTORA REINA 1957, S.A.” also informs you that the personal data that you enter in its website at the Internet address www.reina.org (hereinafter, the Portal), as well as the data that you provide within the framework of your legal relationship with this entity, will be stored in automated personal data files that are the property of the Companies whose details are indicated above, and will remain under the responsibility of said companies. In compliance with the provisions of the LOPD it is expressly stated that said Companies are responsible for and are the recipients of the file that incorporates the personal data you provide in any of the forms available for this purpose in the website indicated.

Your express consent is required to include your data in these files and, if relevant, to transfer your data to third parties. Said consent can be given by accepting this privacy policy, by choosing the option “I HAVE READ AND EXPRESSLY ACCEPT THE PRIVACY POLICY”, which is displayed on all of the data request forms. None of your personal data referring to your person will be included in the files of these Companies before said acceptance has been given.

In addition, your acceptance of the present Privacy Policy assumes your express consent to receive advertising or promotional information by e-mail or another equivalent means of communication, in the terms established by the Information Society and Electronic Trade Services Law 34/2002.

To exercise your rights you may write to either of these Companies at the address indicated at the at the beginning of this Privacy Policy, for the attention of the Legal Department, stating your wish in a written, signed request and enclosing a copy of a document that accredits your identity.

“PROMOTORA REINA” reserves right to modify the present Privacy Policy to adapt it to the changes in legislation, case law or interpretation of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. In this case, said changes will be notified, clearly indicating, with due advance warning, the modifications carried out and requesting, if necessary, your acceptance of said changes.
